Cruise Overview

Sail through the breathtaking scenery of the Hawaiian Islands on this magical vacation. Maui, one of the stops on the cruise, has been voted one of the best islands in the world, and you’ll have a chance to experience its breathtaking scenery, wonderful beaches, cascading waterfalls, and charming Hawaiian towns. Enjoy visits to both Hilo and Kona on the Big Island. Then, onto Kauai, Hawaii’s oldest island, which offers cascading waterfalls, golden beaches, tropical rain forest, and more. February 19 – Depart Omaha / Arrive in Honolulu, HI

Today we depart Omaha’s Eppley Airfield and connect to our flight to Honolulu! Enjoy a traditional fresh flower Hawaiian Lei Greeting upon arrival before checking in to our accommodations near world-renowned Waikiki Beach. Tonight get to know your fellow travelers over an evening meal featuring local Hawaiian cuisine. (D)

February 20 – East Oahu Tour / Embark the Pride of America

Today we’ll take a guided East Oahu tour featuring the tropical windward side of Oahu. We will stop at Halona Blowhole, drive past Hanauma Bay and pass the beautiful town of Kaneohe. We will also also make a stop at the Nuuanu Pali Lookout for a gorgeous panoramic view of the island! After our tour we make our way to the nearby Port of Honolulu to board Norwegian Cruise Line’s newly refurbished Pride of America! Spend the rest of the day exploring your new home for the next seven nights. Cruise departs port at 7:00 p.m. (B, D)

February 21 – Kahului, Maui

Good morning and welcome to Maui! Otherwise known as the Valley Isle, you’ll find plenty to do on-board or on one of the many optional shore excursions. A surplus of natural splendor and the genuine hospitality of its people have helped make Maui Hawaii’s second most popular island. (B, L, D)

February 22 – Kahului, Maui

Another full day in Maui awaits! If you haven’t already, here’s another chance to discover Maui’s cascading waterfalls, black, green and white sand beaches, historic sites and unspoiled nature! (B, L, D)

February 23 – Hilo, Hawaii

Welcome to the quaint, charming Hawaiian fishing village of Hilo! The entire city of Hilo is like a giant greenhouse with spectacular flowers at every turn. Visit the town’s well-preserved historic buildings, which date back to the turn of the century and showcase Hawaii’s unique architecture. Just 30 miles away is the fascinating Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, home of the active Kilauea Volcano. (B, L, D)

February 24 – Kona, Hawaii

Kona offers the quintessential Hawaii experience. Sunny, warm weather and crystal blue waters entice visitors to partake in a variety of surfside fun. With some of the clearest waters around, you’ll experience seas teeming with marine life. Don’t forget to try some of their world-famous Kona coffee! (B, L, D)

February 25 – Nawiliwili, Kauai

Welcome to Kauai, otherwise known as the Garden Isle, and what many believe to be Hawaii’s most beautiful island. Here, nature is truly the star, from the dramatic mountains to the cool rain forests, which means shore excursions abound! Choose to travel to the colorful Waimea Canyon, known as the Grand Canyon of the Pacific, visit one of Kauai’s many beautiful waterfalls or spend a day on a quiet beach! (B, L, D) 

February 26 – Nawiliwili, Kauai

Enjoy another day in paradise before you set sail this afternoon. On the way back to Honolulu, we’ll cruise past the stunning Napali Coast! Enjoy one final night aboard the Pride of America. (B, L, D)

February 27 – Disembark / Pearl Harbor / Depart Honolulu

Welcome back to Honolulu! After we disembark, we make our way to Pearl Harbor National Memorial and the U.S.S. Arizona for a must-see experience. Take in the film “Pearl Harbor Story” before boarding a Navy launch and entering the memorial. Witness the actual sunken hull where over 1,000 servicemen were entombed during the December 7, 1941 sneak attack on Pearl Harbor. We’ll also enjoy a meal together at Nutridge Estate before arriving at Honolulu International Airport to board our overnight flight back to the mainland. (B, L)

February 28 – Arrive in Omaha / Return Home

Arrive back in Omaha this morning and transfer to your original pick-up point with many fond memories about your vacation to paradise!
