- When we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter that you got on the tour.
- 3-4 Weeks before the tour leaves, you will get your final departure documents. This includes final itinerary, luggage tags, pick up time and location, final invoice, and passenger list. Final Payment is due on most tours 2 weeks prior to departure.

Moostash Joe Tours Responsibility: Moostash Joe Tours acts as agent for the passenger and other tour companies it represents. The above companies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage in respect to any person or property however caused. Moostash Joe Tours can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expense due to delays or changes in bus or other type service due to sickness, weather, strikes or any other extraordinary conditions. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. Moostash Joe Tours reserves the right to accept or withdraw any tour if circumstances demand it. The above company also reserves the right to vary itineraries or substitute facilities of equal or better value, if deemed necessary; and reserves the right to retain or decline membership to any person in this tour either before or during the trip. Expenses incurred to return home from the tour will be the responsibility of the individual. Application for reservation on a tour indicates full acceptance of the foregoing conditions.
