Later this afternoon we’ll arrive and check-in to the Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center, centrally located just a couple of blocks from the “Strip” and our home for the next three nights. Spend a bit of time to relax and refresh before our evening out, starting with a delicious meal at the Grand Country Buffet followed by the Grand Country Jubilee! April 24 – Top of the Rock / David at Sight and Sound Theatre
This morning finds us at one of Branson’s best and newest attractions, Top of the Rock! Here we’ll explore the Top of the Rock Lost Canyon and Nature Trail in this 2.5-mile golf cart tour highlighted by stunning rock formations, waterfalls and lake views. We’ll also visit the Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum before a delicious lunch together. This afternoon we make our way to Sight & Sound Theatre for the must-see show, David! Master Poet. This morning we head to the College of the Ozarks, otherwise known as Hard Work U. Our step-on, student tour guide takes us around campus as we learn about this unique place that doesn’t charge tuition and where students work for their education. We’ll also enjoy a delicious student-prepared and served, farm-to-table lunch at the Keeter Center! Then it’s time for the Branson Music Fest! Once a year in April, Branson’s best entertainers come together to perform on one stage! This years Music Fest is at the Clay Cooper Theatre and is the perfect opportunity to get a sampling of Branson’s best shows all in one place. After the Music Fest, we’ll sit down for a bite to eat together before the grand finale, The Haygoods! Tonight’s show features The Haygoods, who bring down the house night after night with incredibly tight harmonies, innovative staging and choreography and virtuoso performances on over 20 different instruments! April 26 – Return Home
Our time in Branson comes to an end this morning as we start our way back home, but not without a stop at Buc-ee’s! More than just a gas station, this massive convenience store is known for their vast array of snacks, fun clothing items and the cleanest restrooms! We’ll say goodbye upon arrival back at our initial pick-up points with special memories of your time in Branson! (B)
