Meet us this morning at one of many convenient pick-up points and head north! Early this evening we arrive in Jamestown, ND – home to the world’s largest buffalo monument and Frontier Village, making time for both stops. Get to know your fellow travelers during an evening meal together. (D)
July 27 – Scandinavian Heritage Park, Minot, ND / Regina, Saskatchewan
Later this morning we visit the Scandinavian Heritage Park in Minot, ND, where you will find a world of Scandinavian history like none other! Step inside a real Stabbur, explore their amazing full-scale replica Stave Church and walk around the 25-foot-tall Swedish Dala Horse! Continue across the United States / Canadian Border to Regina, Saskatchewan, where we’ll be overnight. (B)
July 28 – Edmonton, Alberta
Today, sit back and relax as we travel through the endless prairies of Saskatchewan towards Edmonton. Here, we’ll head to Rig Hand Distillery, a local favorite spot, for a distillery tour and evening meal together! (B, D)
July 29 – Jasper National Park
Later this morning you get your first glimpse at the stunning Canadian Rockies! We parallel the Athabasca River on the famed Yellowhead Highway on our way to the mountain town of Jasper, where you’ll have free time for lunch and exploring on your own. Later, get to know beautiful Jasper National Park on our sightseeing tour including a stop at must-see Athabasca Falls. This evening we enjoy a meal together at nearby Sunwapta Falls Rocky Mountain Lodge, located on the magnificent Icefields Parkway and our home for the next two nights. (B, D)
July 30 – Maligne Canyon & Maligne Lake Cruise
Today features the “Best Boat Cruise in Canada” on our Maligne Lake Cruise! An experience like no other, cruise the glacial, crystal waters past jagged mountain peaks to Spirit Island, the world-famous destination only accessible by boat. We also make a stop at Maligne Canyon for a view of this incredible lookout – make sure to bring your cameras! Later today finds us once more in the town of Jasper, where you’ll have another opportunity to enjoy free time at your leisure before returning to back to our hotel for an evening meal together. July 31 – Icefields Parkway / Columbia Icefield Adventure & Glacier Skywalk
Ranked as one of the world’s most spectacular drives, our morning drive is along the Icefields Parkway. Today, discover the power of nature on the Columbia Icefield Adventure – a must-do experience in the Canadian Rockies. At the heart of the incredible Icefields Parkway is one of the largest non-polar ice fields in the world. Here, you’ll travel on a massive Ice Explorer to a place where you can walk on, feel and drink from the Athabasca Glacier. Then, we take a jaw-dropping walk along the glass-floored Skywalk at the cliff’s edge! Continue along the Icefields Parkway to beautiful Banff, AB and our three-night stay next to all the action. August 1 – Banff / Banff Sulphur Mountain Gondola
A day full of sightseeing and activities in the Banff area awaits! We’ll ride the Banff Sulphur Mountain Gondola for sweeping views of six stunning mountain ranges atop the breathtaking summit. Enjoy more great photo opportunities on Tunnel Mountain Drive and the Bow River Valley. Lunch will be at the world-famous Banff Springs Hotel, otherwise known as the “Castle of the Rockies.” This evening, enjoy free time in explore Banff at your leisure. (B, L)
August 2 – Lake Louise
Today features a day-trip to iconic Lake Louise, where it’s surrounding mountain peaks and glacial emerald waters will simply amaze. We’ll spend plenty of time here for you to take in its beauty and capture the perfect photo, as well as enjoy lunch at the elegant Chateau Lake Louise. (B, L)
August 3 – Great Falls, MT
After a leisurely morning, head out of the mountains and welcome back to the United States this afternoon. We’ll end the day in Great Falls, MT, where we’ll all enjoy dinner together. (B, D)
August 4 – Medora Musical & Fondue
Today’s drive takes us through rural Montana to Medora, ND. Tonight features great food and entertainment at the Medora Musical. A North Dakota family tradition, the Medora Musical is performed outdoors live, under the Badlands sky in the 2,900-seat Burning Hills Amphitheater. The show is dedicated to President Theodore Roosevelt’s time in the Badlands and to the Spirit of the Old West! (B, D)
August 5 – Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library / Fargo, ND
This morning we visit the brand new Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library – scheduled to open in the Summer of 2026. In what is one of the most anticipated Presidential Library openings in recent memory, we’ll be some of the first to see it! Then, travel across rugged North Dakota to Fargo, our home for the evening, where we all come together to share stories and memories over our farewell dinner. (B, D)
August 6 – Return Home
Say goodbye to your Moostash Joe Tour Director, Driver and fellow travelers as you arrive back at your initial pick-up points early this afternoon and evening with memories of the spectacular beauty of The Canadian Rockies! (B)
